January/February is one of the busiest times here at Business Training, none more so than for our student advisors Shelley, Victoria, Claire, Christine and Nabila.
So, after having a chat with them about the questions people are asking I’ve pulled together the most common.
What are the course fees?
The course fees can be found on your enrolment form or by clicking ‘Enrol Now’ on the page of the course you wish to enrol on. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and your payment options are there.
You are not obliged, at this stage, to enrol so don’t worry about clicking this button.
How do I enrol?
There are three ways to enrol:
1. Online with a credit card – simply click ‘Enrol Now’ on the page of the course you wish to enrol on.
2. Complete an enrolment form and send it to us in the post with your fees.
3. Complete and enrolment form with credit card details and fax it to us.
Under no circumstances send your credit card details by email. This is not secure.
How do I send my fees if I don’t have a credit card?
There are several ways to send your fees to us and these are detailed in full on our How To Enrol page.
How long does it take for my course to arrive?
This all depends on where you live.
In the UK you should receive your Business Training course materials within one week of your enrolment form or online enrolment reaching us.
However, for students who live outside the UK it can take up to four weeks for the course materials to arrive. This is dependent on the speed of the local postal service.
Remember, when you enrol online you can start your course straight away. Your course modules are available in PDF format in the Student Community Area of the Business Training website.
You are still sent your course modules. This facility is just so you don’t have to wait to get started.
If you don’t want to enrol online make sure you put your email address on your enrolment form. We will send you details of how to access your course modules once we have processed your enrolment – so again you can start even before your course materials arrive in the post.
