  2. If your first examination paper indicates that your English is not good enough to understand the course we will tell you so and refund the money you have paid.   3. If you do not at first meet the required standard to receive your Diploma you are entitled to receive further tuition and be allowed to re-sit your exams (free of charge) until you reach the pass mark.

YSales Techniquesour Diploma


A Diploma in Professional Sales Techniques is awarded by Business Training at the end of your course. It is given to students who have successfully completed the four assignments.

Your Diploma is awarded on a continual assessment basis, with a pass mark of 50%. If you reach 65% you’ll be awarded a Credit and by attaining 75% you’ll be awarded a Distinction.
